This restored Victorian mansion, set in a historic residential neighborhood, is available for weddings, receptions, graduations, family reunions or corporate gatherings.

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Capacity
100 people for a sit-down meal
Open house numbers are flexible

Deposit
$100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date
(applied toward the rental fee)

Rates
Monday-Thursday $50 per hour*
Friday-Sunday $100 per hour*

*Two-hour minimum

Your rental time must include set-up and clean-up.

House rental includes the use of round tables, chairs, and long buffet tables. Tablecloths may be rented for an additional fee.
